7.5 metres rear deck guttering and fascia in need of painting (different colour for each), as well as approx 5m of fascia on each side. Guttering is 6 metres high and will require a ladder. Side fascia might be more difficult on ladder and possibly painted from atop of the flat rear deck roof. Resene paint provided. Surfaces have been pressure clean but may need some light prep. I live in Toowong in a 4 bedroom house. It’s a raised Queenslander built in the mid 1900s. We have double glazed sound proofed windows installed already, VJ walls, high ceilings, and noises from our neighbors (talking at night on their decks) still seems to creep into our bedroom and I can hear it. Our floors are single layer polished timber, and our walls are poorly insulated and I’m looking for solutions to block out more noise. I have purchased a property on which the majority of windows are leaking into the house. I would like one window done as a test and if that works there may be an opportunity to do the rest of the windows on the house - there are about 8 more. The idea is to remove render to then window base and up 200mm using a grinder. Then prepare with water based epoxy and coat with WPA230UV membrane.
