Water entered into our garage from rain was due to the downpipe from the double story releasing water into the valley and flashing on the garage and the sheer volume of water allowed water ingress into the ceiling through the valley pan. We require a spreader attached to the downpipe to allow water to be spread out over the roof rather than letting it flow down into the valley which can potentially cause water ingress in the future and other requirements that might help. - Due date: Flexible

Full clean (vacuum if more efficient) but all leaves and debris etc removed. Couple of tight spots where there's a lot more build up. Clean up after job and take all debris away.
