Scope includes: * Pressure wash/clean gutters and fascia. * Prepare surfaces, including any minor sanding and spot priming where required. * Supply all paint and materials. * Apply two coats of quality exterior paint suitable for metal gutters and fascia. I’d like both the gutters and fascia painted Dulux Snowy Mountains to match the house. The gutters and fascia are in good condition and don’t require replacement. Access equipment will be required, particularly at the rear of the house where it is two storeys. Please provide your total price including labour, paint, materials and equipment. I have a small pool shed that currently has a sheet of colourbond, weighed down by some timber planks. I’d like this removed and a new roof installed. Needs to be raked, but I don’t need any guttering etc. mainly to secure and cosmetically tidy it up.
