**Job Description:** Seeking a qualified, certified roof inspector or licensed roofer to conduct an independent, on-site inspection, determine the exact source of an active leak following a full roof restoration, and provide an official quote for any necessary repairs. **Background & Context:** * **Issue:** Persistent roof leakage inside the property despite a recent full roof restoration. * **Prior Contractor's Stance:** The restorer (Pat) refused to come back for a physical re-inspection. Based solely on photos and videos, he claims he is 100% certain the leak is not coming from the tiles and asserts it is originating from the lead flashing across the front of both Gable ends (and therefore not covered by his warranty). * **Requirements:** 1. A thorough, hands-on physical inspection to independently trace the active leak and assess both the Gable end lead flashing and the restored tile work. 2. A clear, unbiased written report confirming the exact source of the leak. 3. A formal quote detailing the scope and cost of the required repair work.
