I have a room attached to the back of the main house 9 x 2.5 metres. This is an attached colorbond roof. Need to either replace this colorbond roof with insulated patio roof or add on top as flyover plus extend the roof from current 2.5 metres to 6 metres with 3.5 metres protruding forward for shade, but without posts at front - can add support wia the house wall. (this is because I'm going to raise the house at later stage and this roof will be raised as well). The rooms get heated very fast - need best insulation to keep cool in summer and warm in winter. 1. Flyover roof to attach to main house roof, if keeping the old colorbond roof. 2. room and old/colorbond roof area is 9 metres length x 2.5 wide (this is the roof panel length 2.5) - To convert the roof to 6 metres length x 9 metres wide? 3. Attached is photo of the house - backside from the one screendoor to the other screen door is 9 metres, needing the insulated roof and shade to frontside.

Hi, need 8 by 6 metres or 8 by 3 roof to attach to backside of house either ower roof or under. Want to work out a cheap but sturdy material and installation cost? Do you also do concreting? The 8 metre length of roof starts from green door towards white door. I have just put a random budget $ figure. Let's discuss over phone or on site. Need ASAP.
