We need to have our gutter, fascia boards, and window trims replaced. Looking to have the job done as soon as possible. Need someone QBCC licenced. Can send photos if needed, but would like someone to come give a specific quote before proceeding with the job.

Two story townhouse with a cracked tile on the roof. I have the tile repair kit but do not have a ladder or am capable of getting on the roof.

Looking for an experienced roofer or carpenter to complete the roof drainage and waterproofing on my new deck. Job includes: * Supply and install gutter to the deck roof (or install supplied gutter if discussed). * Install all required flashings where the deck roof meets the house. * Seal all flashings and joints to ensure the roof is completely watertight. * Check that water drains correctly into the gutter with no leaks. The deck structure and roof are already built. Just need the gutter, flashings and sealing completed to a professional standard.

One downpipe has a hole which needs repair. See photo 1. One downpipe needs a new fitting. See photo 2. For this one I would like the screw off cap to be to the side. And One downpipe has not been correctly installed and needs replacing. See photo 3.
