We just need 1 roof tile replaced as there is a cracked one up there. The section of the roof it needs to be done on is high (nearly 2 stories). We don’t have a ladder long enough nor the right equipment. The tile isn’t too far from the edge. Within 2m. We have a bunch of spare tiles available so it should be just a replacement.

Hello! I have a small 48sm, 70s unit in Hawthorne and need insulation laid in the ceiling. Product and tape is provided, you will need to supply your own PPE. Job must be properly overlapped and tapped well. Access is via a man hole directly to the unit. It is a fairly spacey ceiling. Thank you 😀

Found water ingress to master ensuite was entering through vent pipe directly above damaged plaster. All three vent pipes on this upper-level roof do not have decktites installed around them, only sealant. • Two other flashings need to be attended to by a roof plumber to rectify. (Refer to photos) • Provide a brief overview of the cause: Vent pipe above master ensuite not fitted with decktite. This only has sealant around pvc pipe. Water is entering due to sealant having come away from PVC pipe.

After the cyclone I noticed some water marks on my ceiling, would like the roof to be inspected and advice on how to close the holes and fix the water marks

Paint Gutters and Fascia on upper section of roof. We have the paint - changing from Blue to Grey and we are doing the lower sections of gutters.

I require a Yakima lock and load platform fitted to a 2012 bt50 dual cab 4x4. This will include the fitting of the track system, rigged line backbone and platform, plus a plastic snorkel. Snorkel is brand new as is track for the roof platform.
