This is a PAID SITE VISIT ONLY (approx. 30-45 minutes) so you can measure up and give us a written, itemised quote. It is not the build itself. The site: commercial courtyard in West End (full address given to the Tasker we choose). We want to extend an existing covered patio roof: new section approx. 11.5m long x 3.25m wide x 2.65m high, plus ceiling panels for an existing partly-covered section approx. 2.6m x 3m (about 62m2 in total). The job also includes guttering and downpipes, and optionally track-guided PVC blinds along the fence side (19.2m), rear (3.25m) and front (3.25m). What we need from the visit: - Measure up and check how the new roof ties into the existing structure and fence line. - A written quote within 5 days of the visit, with materials and labour priced separately. - Please price both a single-skin roof and an insulated roof. The boundary setback may affect which one is allowed. Preferred: current QBCC licence for structural/roofing work, public liability insurance, and experience with patio or commercial roof extensions. Access: someone is onsite daily from 10:15am, or we can arrange a time.

The waterproofing tape inside all the seams of my trench coat has come off. I’m looking for someone who can provide materials, remove remnants of previous tape and expertly apply new tape all through interior of my long trench.

I’m looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofing professional to fully regrout and reseal my balcony/deck. The existing grout is cracking, and there is water leaking through and seeping out of the external walls. I want the entire balcony/deck regrouted, rather than only repairing the visibly damaged areas, to provide a consistent finish and reduce the risk of untreated existing grout causing further water penetration or problems in the future. Work required: - Remove the existing grout across the entire balcony/deck as required. - Regrout the whole area with suitable, high-quality grout. - Reseal all necessary joints, edges and penetrations. - Ensure the completed work provides a consistent finish and good protection against water penetration. - Clean up and remove any waste from the work. The priority is to properly address the water ingress and provide a durable, consistent result across the whole balcony rather than carrying out isolated patch repairs. Please have experience with balcony regrouting, sealing and waterproofing. Hi, we need some sound proofing / sealing of minor spaces in our treatment room. Pictures are attached. It was recommended by an acoustic engineer to minimize the sound coming from another room. Sealant needs to be white to match the wall. Approx size is 3 meters. Monday and Tuesday would be best. We are inside Salon Lane in the West End Village. We also need a long term handyman for multiple tasks - it can be a long term gig for honest / talented clients individual.

Two of my gutters are damaged and coming away from their fixings. They either need to be repaired or replaced — I’m not sure. Also the whirligig has been damaged by hail and needs replacing

The guttering has detached from the roof at two or three braced points. Need to reattach to hold it against roof and allow good water flow.

The existing black colorbond quad gutter needs replacing only. The gutter brackets can remain. The access is from the rear roof at about 1200mm so no need for scaffolding. No need to replace down pipes.
