Find experienced local roofers in West End

Hey all, I’m about to cut up some concrete to install a new toilet for a resturaunt fit out. But would like a plumber to see where the pipes are, under the slab, beforehand. So we know where to cut. Also will need toilet + sink removal if you’re able to do that. Thanks.

Hi, we need some sound proofing / sealing of minor spaces in our treatment room. Pictures are attached. It was recommended by an acoustic engineer to minimize the sound coming from another room. Monday and Tuesday would be best. We are inside Salon Lane in the West End Village. We also need a long term handyman for multiple tasks - it can be a long term gig for honest / talented clients individual.

Two of my gutters are damaged and coming away from their fixings. They either need to be repaired or replaced — I’m not sure. Also the whirligig has been damaged by hail and needs replacing

The guttering has detached from the roof at two or three braced points. Need to reattach to hold it against roof and allow good water flow.

The existing black colorbond quad gutter needs replacing only. The gutter brackets can remain. The access is from the rear roof at about 1200mm so no need for scaffolding. No need to replace down pipes.

Secure a loose antenna cable on roof, which is currently being caught on whirlybird vent. The house is 2 stories.

There are 2 sections of the roof that are exposed. I would like to cover these up so my outdoor deck can stay dry when it rains with clear roofing material to allow light through. EDIT: There is a aircon compressor outdoor unit at the back (hopefully you can see from one of the photos), I think there's a reason why the previous owner did not cover the whole area to allow more air flow for the outdoor unit (?). I'll need to research a bit more - sorry I will have to cancel task for now.

Need someone to help us lift our roof top tent on to the roof rack. Doesn’t need to be secured we can do that ourselves but need extra hands to lift it up.

We are needing someone to clean out the gutters of our house (single story).
