We need an experienced guttering professional to fix a gutter problem on our back veranda/granny flat in Norman Park. The current gutter is flat and not sloped correctly toward the drainage point. During heavy rain, the gutter overflows and water spills directly underneath, causing flooding to the apartment below. Scope of work: • Inspect the existing gutter fall and identify exact cause of overflow • Install one new downpipe at the corner • Install an additional downpipe in the middle section • Ensure both downpipes are properly connected to stormwater in a neat and visually tidy way • Adjust fall/gradient if required so water flows correctly to the outlets • Provide a clean, long-term solution that prevents water entering the apartment underneath Photos can be provided to help with quoting. Clean up the front side gutters of my house, please as it is causing flooding

Garage interior roof drywall repair. New hot water flue required drywalll to be cut and removed. It is fire resistant drywall. Job is to repair. and grout to paint finish. Actual painting can be included or excluded. Dimensions: width of repair 470mm, length 8m

The gravity latch on our side gate is really stiff and only closes if you slam it. Not sure what’s causing it. We’d also be open to installing something more secure or dog-proof if that’s a better option. Looking for someone handy with gates or fencing to take a look and fix.

Clean my gutters. House is garage at the front, plus high two story so you will need appropriate equipment to make sure you can do it safely.

Gutter Guard to be installed at Norman Park, one section of the roof only, roughly 12 meters long, single storey, low set house.

We have a 2 level Queenslander. The gutters are in good condition however there are approx 4 spots where there are signs of surface rust and small dripping of water. Looking for someone to silicon or similar repair the areas that are dripping and apply paint to remove the surface rust. A high ladder will be required for this job.
