Need new gutter for the site in the pictures, current plan is to attach a pergolux awning underneath the gutter.

We need the insulation batts laid down in ceiling space of our Unit. 30 square metres, two bedrooms and bathrooms Bags of insulation are in ceiling already but very difficult to move around. I tried and failed Crawl space set up with ply so can move around. Access is tight so can’t be a big person

I like the airtasker format but this is not a handyman job. Task replace all gutters, window eves with rust marks and repaint the wood where the paint has been damaged by the leaking gutter. I have checked that the wood below the gutter is good, it is not rotten but will need a sand back. I have anchors on the roof for safety that may be useful. There is 46 meters of guttering and 5 window hoods that need replacing. I would prefer the work taking place on a weekend, but this is negotiable.

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Require QBCC licensed builder/tradie to install downpipe from roof gutter to make sure compliant with current code. Requires ladder access, 1 story high at access point.
