Need someone to come and do an assessment/report on the kitchen roof and floor. On 29/08/2025 there was a big leak/flood caused by a faulty fitted bathtub seal in the main bathroom above. All the water flooded directly below to the kitchen. No repairs have been completed just a temporary brace, due to the owners insurance claim. I would like a report and assessment completed for the roof and floors as nothing has been completed by the real estate . Hoping some businesses on here can help me out.

Need the roof and floors that were damaged from a flood inspected to determine how safe it is. The ceiling is sinking which is never did over, it keeps getting worse. The cause of the flood was from the main bathroom directly above from a faulty fitted bathtub seal. All the water poured out of the bathtub underneath to the floors. The seal has been replaced but no other leaks I’ll has been done. The flood happened 29/08/2025 so it’s been over 3 months now. Need it fixed asap thanks. The whole floor needs replacing. An insurance claim has been made from the owner.

Clean gutters of 3 bedroom Queenslander house.

Need sheeting in patio roof replaced due to hail damage. Gutters etc are all fine, just sheets need replacing. Colourbond sheets preferred but I can also supply materials if needed. Size: gable roof, 2 sides 4.5m x 2.5m each, and one flat section 3.2m x 2.8m.

After a recent heavy rain downpour, water leak was detected on top floor ceiling. Roof was painted last year so maybe some silicone has come loose. Need a qualified roofer to come inspect and patch the roof area causing the leak.

Hence interim temporary repair only required - minimal captial repair. Work required: -Inspect roof and identify areas for repair -Clean and abrade surface using wire cup brush -Apply roof repair tape or silicone paint/spray (E.g. Gorilla Waterproof Patch and Seal Tape, Silcone patch paint or spray) Must have approriate insurances in place to compete work.

Require a roofer or handyman to assist me install 4 retrofit dektites where flyover deck joins roof. Needs someone up on 2-story roof to silicon and screw them on with me as I'm unable to access from deck. Require a ladder and drill (I can supply silicon and screws unless you would prefer to yourself)
