Need the rafters, battens and sheeting replaced. Size of pergola is 3200x6000. The posts and “bearers” to remain in place. If we could keep the look the same, that would be amazing. I have a small shed 3 x 3 m that requires a Colourbond roof and guttering to be installed. All materials supplied even the roofing nails. Must be experienced roofer.

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.

Remove clear plastic damaged roofing approx 6m x 3m with a zinc alum replacement.

Need a small house gutter cleaned

Install pvc downpipe to roof

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.
