Remove and replace base plates of ensuite shower recess, then re-sheet and waterproof in preparation of replacement of bottom row of wall tiles only.

The timber pergola has both colourbond and lazerlite, and the lazerlite is cracking with age. There are two sheets about 4m long each with colourbond on each side, and another section on the end of about 4.5m in length. the second at the end includes two sheets covering around 4.5m and one around 3.5m in length.
