Good morning, We require someone to finish up a job that wasn’t done very well. See the attached pics. The majority of the job was done (pigeon nests removed, roof pressure cleaned somewhat), however some of the gutters still require to be cleaned out (front side and pool side) and the area where the nests were I would think need to be sprayed with some chemicals? Happy to take advice. Require 8m ladder if accessing the front gutter via ladder, or a harness if on the roof. Thanks, Matt - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023

We require a roof pressure wash and gutter clean of our 2nd storey roof & gutters. We have a pigeon problem under our solar panels so there is a lot of pigeon waste/debris in the gutters. The solar panels will be removed on Friday 27th October, with our new solar panels installed Friday 3rd November, so the jobs needs to take place between those dates. Pic attached for idea of roof size/height. Only the top roof & gutters need to be done (not the lower sections such as garage and patio). Front side of the house is quite high, would probably require 8m extension ladder, unless you plan on cleaning the gutter from the roof. Looking for someone to finish an insulation install in the roof. I’ve been installing this myself and have completed about half of it but I’m finding it slow going where the roof is pitch really shallow and I just want this job done. All the batts are in the roof already so it’s a case of just installing. I’m looking for someone who will do a neat job with as little gaps as possible. I can be flexible on install date and time (weekend or weekday) but looking to get the job finished sooner rather then later. Just got building and pest on a property we're buying and it identified sagging ceilings in a few of the rooms. It also mentioned a few cracked pointings to the ridge cappings in the ceiling so don't know if this is related. We would like to get a quote for identifying issue and fixing both issues.

Reposting as previous one expired due to me being away. I have some insulation batts in the roof that have not been layed out across some roof areas. I need an experienced person to unpack and layout all the insulation to cover the full roof space. Most of the living areas are covered however some aren't so need it done asap.

Recent flooding caused some mold on external walls. Need to clean the whole house wall before it is getting worse. Clean gutter and solar panel, too.

We’re in the process of having our gutter down pipes replaced and have discovered one is blocked underground. We’ve tried flushing with hose, no luck. It drains eventually but very slowly. Likely need a high pressure rod.

Looking to get our gutters cleaned and washed out and any debris removed from the gutters of our new property. From what I’ve seen from a recent aerial photo it is heavily blocked. The roof is a low pitch metal roof with single story access at the front but double height at the back where most of the debris is. The person taking this job on will need all tools required and potentially safety equipment and insurance for working at height I assume. It would also be good to get a general inspection of the roof as well while you are up there. We are located in Arana Hills. Additionally we can be flexible on time as we work from home but might need to work around meetings. Can organise a time when the job has been assigned.
