Hello, I need a help with gutter realignment, as I have a water ponding on the far end away from stormwater drain pipe. Ideally it would be potentially simpler to lift far end somehow to give it a right slope angle. Or otherwise it might need a drop of the level at the stormwater drain pipe (cut the pipe a bit and lower this end plus sealing of the interface. I don't believe that the actual gutter does need a replacement (not much of rust). Thank you, Michael

A small cover from part of our air-con unit has come off, and is in the gutter of the roof. Our ladder doesn’t reach that high, so I’m needing someone to come and retrieve the part, and screw it back into the unit if possible. The aircon unit and gutter is on a section of roof that is in line with the second-storey window to give you an idea of height, so you will need to bring a ladder to do this. Looking for someone to install something similar to a gutter along the edge of my balcony that connects to the stormwater drainage pipe. After something that looks very neat / tidy. Balcony is approx 4 m long. Maine purpose is to stop water from pouring off my balcony onto the unit below mines patio when I hose off my outdoor area.
