Find a professional downpipe contractor in Brisbane

Need someone to clean my 2 ND story roof and clean out gutters. Need to also re attach the down pipe on the lower gutter (photo attached). Can increase price depending on what repairs are needed.

Need gutters replace plus downpipes. Also repointing of tiled roof.

Seems to be overflowing not sure exactly what the problem is

Install pvc downpipe to roof

Require QBCC licensed builder/tradie to install downpipe from roof gutter to make sure compliant with current code. Requires ladder access, 1 story high at access point.

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

Hey all, I’m about to cut up some concrete to install a new toilet for a resturaunt fit out. But would like a plumber to see where the pipes are, under the slab, beforehand. So we know where to cut. Also will need toilet + sink removal if you’re able to do that. Thanks.

I have a leaking gutter on 2nd story roof that holds water and has rust in the bottom of it. The gutter has been cleared and washed and was flowing, so it shouldnt be a blocked downpipe unless it is blocked underground. Need someone to investigate and advise repair options/costs. One hours work. Can pay extra pro-rata if time exceeds one hour.

Supply and install new stormwater drainage to connect three (3) existing downpipes. Install suspended stormwater drainage beneath the house and through the garage, connected in the front down pipe. Excavate a trench adjacent to the driveway to accommodate new drainage runs. Hydro-vac / wet excavation/ cut concrete to bore beneath the existing footpath for pipe installation. Cut into existing guttering to allow connection of new stormwater line. Backfill drainage trenches with gravel upon completion. All works to be completed in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 and relevant local authority requirements. Seeking crossover Council & Permits and submit QBCC form 4 lodgement.

Hi all, Apologies for the tardy update with pics as requested. Just got waylaid. Also, Titan has already installed downpipes. You need to supply PVC pipes and a small pit. I am free anytime if you want to come to site. Cheers. Tom I have a Titan shed, which has 2 x 2.4m gutters, requiring 2 downpipes connected. These then are joined together to one pipe going to a stormwater pit, about 15m away. I just put a random number for budget, so I can post the task.
