Find a professional downpipe contractor in Gold Coast

I need to replace the rusted out part of these 2 downpipes. Note that one is rusted partway down the wall and is rendered into the wall. I have 1.8metre of downpipe

Two Down pipes at balcony are blocked or half blocked.

A small hole ~50mm diameter, needs to be closed. A tall ladder would be required as it is a 3 level building.
