We have a narrow, 3br freestanding house. The front (original) part of the house is single storey. The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half of the house has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. One of the gutters on the second story has rusted in one small section such that rain flows through the hole(s) instead of the downpipe. That gutter will either need to be repaired or replaced. We also have a downpipe coming off the flat tin roof at the rear of the property that has broken off and needs replacing. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. (Job 1 )- There is 2 wood panels from ceiling to floor encasing down pipe that goes down the cornice of the walls, that needs replacing due to ongoing water leaks down the pipes. Looking to replace the wooden frames before painting (Job 2 )- installing 3 door handles for bathroom (with privacy lock), laundry and internal garage (assume door handles supplied) to replace the grey panels/handles pictured (2 doors out of the 3 for bathroom and laundry) with new ones like the black one picture. Need rusted section of downpipe replaced.

The drainage downpipe of our vergola is awkwardly angled and may be partly blocked with leaves etc. so when we significant rain, it backs up and overflows. Need to unblock it or modify pipe so that it doesn’t continue to block. Happy to negotiate price.

Hi flow xforce catted down pipes on my Scirocco R Volkswagen hatchback. There are directions online document are super clear it’s actually super easy will take 30 mins. I don’t have a jack or hoist, I could not get it up ramps I had without cooking bumper. Needs some clearance to get under, where as top bolts can be accessed via taking off air box (already off) and potentially battery depending on sockets you have. Ideally you come to Ultimo or if you have a workshop near by I can bring it too

The guttering and downpipe systems on the rear side of the property are showing water rust on cladding wall, Causing water to overflow, leading to leakage down the glass windows and timber framework of the sunroom.. The internal downpipe system is completely blocked by leaves and needs to be flushed out. , leading to leakage down the glass windows and timber framework of the sunroom. Recommendation: replace new downpipe to rear guttering and downpipe systems is highly recommended to restore proper water drainage and prevent further water ingress.
