Two storey house, need professional roofer with necessary tools and safety equipment and insurance to cover your personal injury and income protection. Roof needs to be professional checked, because last roofer used wrong profiled tiles to replace old ones, some tiles have gap which may result leak. Some tiles need to be replaced due to wrong profile, and some due to crack. I already have found two cracks, one wrong profiled and one loose tiles at ground floor roof and one loose and one wrong profiled tiles at first floor roof. I will supply two bucket pointing materials (Selleys pointing - mid grey). So the qualified roofer is expected to bring tile cutting machine and other repointing related tools.
