Im after an experienced and qualified person to determine why my balcony has moisture under it and then let me know what needs to be done to fix it a building inspection revealed there was moisture under the balcony however looking in the roof I could not observe any water or damage at all. Essentially job then needs to be fixed so it’s waterproofed and I can have a certificate to confirm with warranty It is hard to quote on this job without seeing and determining what needs to be done, so I suggest putting in a low offer just to view for now then once see in person can do accurate quote Can you please detail your credentials as will need a warranty Not sure if the tiles need to be redone, or the grout with epoxy. I can see caulking and sealing needs to be done in any case
