Minor leaks on the inside of the roof of this area but going to get it washed and painted asap so need someone to flash this part of the roof so we don’t get any leaks. I can see one of the beams in my roof has what appears to be water marks. Gutter clean to include: - Cleaning of gutters - Cleaning of downpipes - Tidying of debris DATE: Must be on either Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th of May. See photos for details. (I think access is easiest from the back with a long ladder, as previous cleaner failed to access roof from the balcony due to steepness of roof)

We need insulation installed (we will supply) to the second storey roof space at our home - approx 50m2. The access is tricky and the roof space is very shallow.
