I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust. Quote excluding painting, but needs to be neat fully prepped for paint. Note the vent in pictures want need to go back in.

I have to have an AC in ceiling replaced. The man hole isn’t big enough so need player cutting open then once AC has been replaced like exisiting manhole cover put back and re plastered ready for painting. Need it cut out to in front of the light to wardrobe. Then I’ll get AC replaced and need it all put back again.

I need a singular wall in my apartment soundproofed. I’m not in need of acoustic treatment/diffusion, the intention is purely to minimise sound travelling to my neighbours apartment. The wall is 5610mm long, and roughly 2000mm tall.

Water proofing & screeding balcony (1.2 x 3)

Have a small bar in Johnson Street across two retail shops had a few drips in recent rains and thought it best to get the gutters cleared - a small portion of the gutters covered by laser light so it could be a little tricky but there is enough room to get in and clean them or high pressure hose.

Hey I have a false ceiling with an attic access but the false ceiling is about 30/40cm so I can't access deeper. There are two loose rail hooks that are causing rattling at night and am looking for someone with skill to come take a look and see about doing something (maybe wedging something to stop rattle). Also discuss insulation (likely just sliding it in, cannot remove false ceiling.

I have a couple of leaks coming through a clear polycarb roof at a commercial building in Collingwood. I need a roof plumber who can identify the holes in the roof and safely secure some clear tarp over them as a temporary fix to stop water coming in til I can get the roof properly fixed. I'd like clear tarp so that we don't have blue light coming through into the building. Photo is of the section of building where water is coming in. Roof is about 3m high, access via streetfront is easy with tall enough ladder. I'm unsure what is up there in terms of securing the tarp, so will likely need supplies to weigh it down. Let me know if you can bring materials too (price on top of job is fine.
