Hi, need someone remove all debris and leaves from gutter mesh. There is currently mesh protecting the gutters from getting debri. However, I believe there would be debri and leaves stuck on the mesh as there is a tall tree next to my place. I dont think the pipes would need to be flushed as there is mesh protection. The townhouse is 3 storey's high, the previous cleaners had to get on the neighbours roof (via a ladder) to get access to my roof (via a ladder). Total length of gutters for the house is about 20m which includes the roof, balconies and backyard awning. Would also want the driveway gutter cleaned as well.

I have 2 external downpipes that need attention, the worst one is the first photo - the top connection has come completely lose and I have taped the bottom but it still splashes water against the house - not sure if can be repaired or needs replacing. The second one is less concerning as my tape repair of a leak seems to be holding but wondering if there is a better fix and also if the water that leaks down the external surface of the pipe can be blocked. Hello! I have an Ikea cabinet I plan to use on my covered verandah to store shoes. I would like the cabinet to have 2 x coats of polyurethane sealing paint with a light sand in between to make it more weather hardy. (Or am open to other suggestions of finishes?) The cabinet is already assembled - you can check the job pics. You can paint on site provided you have protective gear or if you prefer to take it off site you can do that too. Part 1: Garden shed has an old broken fibreglass roof panel that needs to be replaced with a new (already purchased) laserlite panel. Access is tricky from the outside due to nearby fence, but inside access ok.
