-Clean gutters from roof and drain water. Double storey house. -Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. -After task is done, provide a new quotation to fix what is causing humidity in a wall.

Our rear verandah – cement sheet lining has three key ‘openings’ that we want to block up in the most cost effective manner. They are, (a) small circular hole where a heater flue was removed, (b) opening on top of sliding door which was replaced and (c) on top of laundry window where an external roller blind was removed. These openings have seen possums and other visitors climb into the roof cavity. I have 3 cement sheets on site already, 2400 long which can be used. Just after someone handy to block up these holes asap – I am not after a perfect job, if I wanted perfect, I would replace the whole roof lining. So I am very understanding. Individual must have carpenters experience

Remove existing flashing, Supply and install apron flashing to 2 x Patio roofs, fix flashings to roof and wall, silicon to make watertight , supply and install new ridge capping to front patio and dispose of rubbish

Looking for someone to do some painting. To paint gutters, eaves and fascias of two-bedroom unit. Only one side of unit - and back courtyard area. About 14 -15 meters in length. Courtyard side is about 7 foot high. The side areas highest peak is about 7-8 meters high. Will need a clean before painting. Will provide paint for two coats - dark grey for gutters and fascias and white color for eaves. In Coburg area. Flat on courtyard side, Slight incline on the side section. Ladder provided. Will need to provide own equipment to get to the high roof peak. Painting experience required

Remove metal gutter from front yard.

Repairs holes in plaster ceiling from old ducted heating and cooling system. There are 8 holes needing repair. 5 are 30cm x 30cm (approx) 3 are 15cm x 15cm (approx) Just sealing and plaster, painting not required. Example vent shown.

A small section (1.5x2m) of my roof has a metal cover that needs replacing. Doesn’t look as though it’s leaking through anywhere, but it’s very rusty and water is pooling in places. Hi i need one tile cut and replaced on my shower floor and for you to ensure it is still waterproof. The tile needs to be cut to fit 405mm x 405mm with extra cuts to fit around the drain. The tile is about 50mm deep. Open to quotes. I do not want to redo the whole shower.
