Find experienced local roofers in Pascoe Vale

I need to cat proof our back fence area for our cat. Backyard of townhouse around 10meters

I’m looking for an experienced and insured handyman or roofing professional to repair a roof leak at my property in Pascoe Vale, VIC. 1. Roof repair * Inspect and repair approximately 14–18 slipped or affected roof tiles. * The tiles do not all appear to be cracked, so please assess whether they can be repositioned or whether replacements are necessary. * A previous repair attempt used silicone and lead flashing around a row of five tiles. Please inspect this area and identify the cause of the leak before completing the repair. * Replace damaged tiles if required, matching the existing tiles as closely as possible. * Include all labour, materials and removal/disposal of any waste. Requirements * Please provide a fixed-price offer covering the roof repair * Include materials, labour, waste disposal and any applicable fees in your offer. * Please confirm your relevant experience, insurance and whether you provide a workmanship warranty. * Ideally, inspect the roof and identify the underlying cause of the leak rather than simply applying another temporary patch. * Please specify any exclusions or additional costs before starting work. I’m aiming for a quality, lasting repair at a reasonable price. Please outline what your quote includes and advise if an onsite inspection is required before confirming the price.

Replace a blocked, rectangular tin, down pipe with a new 90mm PVC down pipe on a two storey building. Easily accessed from the gate on road side. Check there is no further blockage down stream from where the pipe is replaced.

1) Connect the existing roof downpipe to the nearby stormwater connection. 2) Cap off the redundant pipe from the old water tank. 3) Supply any fittings required. 4) Test to ensure it drains correctly.
