Need a down pipe replaced and directed to the drainage pipe. 2 story townhouse, whole pipe needs replacing. As seen in one of the images there is a balcony cover, which may/may not restrict some access, just something to note. PVC piping is fine, but open to recommendations, unsure how plumbing into pipe in ground works, so I’m open to suggestion. Need to replace as water isn’t going into pipe.
