Ceiling insulation mats have already been installed. Want someone to place the existing insulation mats in the joists such that there are no areas exposed. The insulation mats were moved around a bit during home renovation works. Double storey home, has manhole access at ground and first floor.

There is a leak in my roof which has recently gotten worse to the point where significant water is getting in when it rains. Note this is a 1950s house and this is a back add-on, the roof is colorbond/tin but there is no roof space here (see photo). I haven’t gotten up to look at the exterior so not sure what the external cause is. I’m flexible on time/date etc.

I have 2 Downlipe connections leaking water when it rains. It’s the angle coming down from the gutter and attaching to the house. That 90degree bend is leaking. Maybe needs glue or a section replacement. Jon includes parts, labour and whatever material is required to fix the issue. Gutters are new, just the downpipe angle joint is leaking. Double story house so you need a long ladder . 2 pipes need to be rectified.

The existing roof needs replacement. Part of the roof has broken. Looking for someone with experience with roof repairs for an outdoor gazebo. The previous plumber didnt connect one of the down pipes to the storm water!! The downpipe is located at the front left of the property, and the storm water is approx 1m away, and 30cm below the ground. Concrete has already been pulled up, and it is only soil/decorative rocks on top of the storm water.

Hi, I’ve got 2 little holes in the roof flashing near the roof tiles that will need to be blocked off. Unfortunately a couple of possums use the holes to access our roof cavity.
