Cleaning Gutter for my house all around. Its a double story house. But can access most of places with lader.

I require 2 kitchen cupboard doors to be re-attached. The hinges are broken and those hinges aren’t made anymore. I also require a third kitchen cupboard re-attached I have the hinges for that one. I also need my curtain roof railing screwed back into my roof. I need someone to come have a look and the purchase hinges to suit the doors. I will cover the cost of materials and happy to pay hourly rate or a flat rate.

Roof leak identify and fix. Please see picture. Leak does not appear to come directly above ceiling as it is dry on top of platform but wet/leak appears to run along base timber adjourned to side of house (which as come through and leaked as per picture). Electrician needed to fix cable holder on fascia in front of house where power come into house. Power cable have been removed by jemena. Need electrician to fix the holder with certifcate and make safe for Jemena to come and reconnect. Thank you.

Part of my gutter has deteroiated due to angle & elements over time. It is couple metres, probably 2.5m. It has rusted and has couple holes.

Ceiling insulation mats have already been installed. Want someone to place the existing insulation mats in the joists such that there are no areas exposed. The insulation mats were moved around a bit during home renovation works. Double storey home, has manhole access at ground and first floor.

There is a leak in my roof which has recently gotten worse to the point where significant water is getting in when it rains. Note this is a 1950s house and this is a back add-on, the roof is colorbond/tin but there is no roof space here (see photo). I haven’t gotten up to look at the exterior so not sure what the external cause is. I’m flexible on time/date etc.

I have 2 Downlipe connections leaking water when it rains. It’s the angle coming down from the gutter and attaching to the house. That 90degree bend is leaking. Maybe needs glue or a section replacement. Jon includes parts, labour and whatever material is required to fix the issue. Gutters are new, just the downpipe angle joint is leaking. Double story house so you need a long ladder . 2 pipes need to be rectified.

The existing roof needs replacement. Part of the roof has broken. Looking for someone with experience with roof repairs for an outdoor gazebo.
