Gutter replacement of 35m approx, downpipe connection

I need a single length of gutter cleaned of leaves and debris. I have done all the other gutters but this one is between roof and verandah so I have been unable to access safely. You would need to either stand on roof or use some sort of tool to clean.

Clean guttering at back of house as grass and small plants starting to grow in gutter. Split level house, gutter about 6m from ground. Only needs to clean approx. 5m of guttering. Can use ladder to get to single storey roof and walk across to the gutter on the second level roof I have entered a date but it really can be done any day within the next week or so. Not sure on price so will welcome any quote.
