Minor roof leak, I suspect a tile has moved with recent winds. I've taken photos of the external roof and from inside the ceiling where the suspected shifted tile is located. You can see light coming through - I have some spare tiles pictured. I'm unable to get up on the roof or into the ceiling (f*cked back) and would appreciate someone who's had experience with this kind of repair.

Single story house tiled roof

Need someone with safety precautions to clean my two storey house in Vermont, Victoria. Prefer someone with prior experience in gutter cleaning a double storey house. The roof is a metal (tin) roof.

Got a leak in the roof into the ceiling in one of the guest bedrooms. Need someone to find where the leak is and seal it. Also will need the inside of the ceiling inspected to ensure it is dry and clean it out. Note, roof is cathedral style and so very narrow cavity.

I'm looking to get some old concrete ridge/hip tiles rebedded/repointed. This is in advance of works needed to clean and paint the roof. Pigeons are starting to reside under my solar panels and I’m sick of climbing on the roof to scare them off. Looking for someone with the tools, materials and skills to pigeon proof my panels.
