Recently noticed a new water stain on the ceiling in bedroom. It only appeared a few days ago. I've been into the roof cavity and checked above the stain. The timber is currently dry, but I found signs of previous rodent activity (many old rat/mouse droppings). I'd like someone to inspect the roof and identify the source of the leak and repair the source of leakage. The house is about 15 years old. It's a single-storey unit with a tiled roof.

hi, i have constructed a new house. Before PCI, we need the Infrared inspection done, so we Can check all the wiring and blockage in pipes.

There is a large pipe leading from the gutter to the water tank. The pipe itself looks okay, but the end where it was attached to the gutter has broken. Tasker to provide all materials, i.e. new gutter attachment, new pipe if required, etc.
