Roll a steel wire mesh around solar panels on the roof, and clip the mesh to the panel frames. Only some pliers required and a ladder. The mesh material and clips provided. No requirement to touch wiring or anything electrical - just need to be able to work safely at heights.

Reconnect existing ethernet/network cabling. There are network ports in the floor and behind the TV which should run back to the comms box. It looks like the previous tenant has cut the cables, but they should still be in the roof cavity near the comms box. Task is to locate the loose cables in the ceiling/roof, pull them through if needed, and terminate/reconnect them properly into the comms box so the ports are active and usable." Requirements: Experience with data/ethernet cabling and termination. Must bring necessary tools (e.g., punch down tool, tester). Notes: Access to roof cavity will be required.
