I'm looking to get the gutters cleared at my Bulleen property its a 2BR single story home. It hasn't been done in 5yrs+, but I'm concerned about ensuring the downpipes are actually flushed and that we don't end up with cracked tiles. The old downpipe was broken so i have removed it. I need someone to install a new downpipe from the gutter to the existing pipe. You will need your own tools and ladder and to go bunnings to buy the right size pipe and pieces. You will then need to paint it (i have the paint).

Roof is leaking and had some temporary fix, but still leaks a bit. Need someone can do the jobs properly.

There appears to be a leak from the garage metal roof, as the garage ceiling has one spot of mould on it. The mould has been here for few months and only grows a little bit bigger after several heavy rain recently. But don’t want it to become a bigger problem. We suspect it is leaking from a spot directly above, where on the garage roof sometimes rain water could be accumulated. Looking for an expertise to inspect, diagnose, fix the leak, patch and paint the ceiling once completed. But happy to further discuss the scope and cost if anything needs to be varied reasonably.
