2 story brick home need second storey gutters cleaned

There’s a section under a meter that’s rusted through. I can see rust going along up to the chimney - about 4m total. This seems to be a low point that has water always. Not well designed and the pergola (20y old) hasn’t helped as there is no nearby downpipe. Regardless, I think just replacing the offending section will do for now. Job is: Replace approximately 4m of rusted guttering. Supply and install new gutter to match existing, including removal and disposal of old gutter and sealing/connecting to existing gutter. Single-storey house, easy access.

A few tiles on one shower room wall have become loose, with visible gaps, and are lifting slightly away from the wall. The waterproofing membrane behind the tiles needs to be inspected, and the tiles should then be reinstalled. The grout or sealant between the tiles should also be repaired or replaced. In addition, a waterproof silicone sealant should be applied along the joint where the bottom row of tiles meets the shower base. Last photo is another shower room. Might also need to apply some grout or sealant between some tiles, where can see the gaps, and the waterproof silicone sealant along the joint between last row of tiles with shower base.

1: There is a slight leak in the bathroom plumbing; it only leaks when water is actively running and requires repair. 2: The front porch might be leaking; the source of the problem needs to be identified and repaired.

Clean 2nd story gutters and one 1st floor gutter. Clear a bird nest under solar panels. Locate souce of a leaking and replace a concrete tile if needed.
