I’m looking for someone to replace the polycarbonate roofing panels on my pergola. The job would include: 1. Removing the existing old polycarbonate sheets. 2. Supplying and installing new polycarbonate sheets, including all required rubber washers and fixings/screws. 3. An option to extend the existing covered area (this may require an additional timber frame to support the extended roofing sheets). 4. Approximately 8 polycarbonate sheets are required, each around 3 metres long. I would prefer thick light-grey or clear polycarbonate panels. Could you please provide a quote for the replacement (including materials), and also a separate quote for the extension option? I’ve attached a photo of the existing pergola for reference.

We have a STEEP roof over town house. Brush paint small valleys, two coats. Cleaning off finger marks (left by roofers) on fascia at side of house and touch up paint jobs on the roof and small replacement of a tiny weatherboard piece at side of nook. Touch up area of gable with wood putty and paint (single storey level) gable. All paint provided. Two hours work but happy to pay by the hour if extra time is required. Pricing for work negotiable.
