When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.

The roof sheets above the entry, especially around the leaking corner, will be inspected for holes or defects, with repair costs advised if required. Any damaged roof tiles at the entry reception corner will be replaced.
