My roof is leaking, and the issue appears to be coming from the skylight. I replaced my whole roof recently. I’m looking for an experienced roof plumber to remove the skylight completely and professionally cover/seal the opening with matching metal roofing. EXTERIOR ONLY: * Inspect leaking skylight area * Remove existing skylight * Supply/install suitable metal roofing to fully cover the opening * Proper flashing, sealing, and waterproofing to ensure no further leaks * Make the roof weatherproof and watertight * Workmanship guarantee and invoice required - I need assurance that the repair will not leak during future heavy rain, and that any leak related to this repair will be rectified by the contractor. Roof repair: 1.Metal roof vent/chimney penetration leaking during rain. Existing rubber boot/flashing looks aged and may have failed around the base. Need inspection and repair/reseal or replacement of flashing/boot. 2. Corrugated roof replacement where a temporary fix is made with a fibre sheet. Clear in the picture. Single storey house.
