Hi there, I am looking for an experienced and licensed roof tiler or roof plumber to fix an active roof leak at a single-storey house in Narre Warren South (3805). The Job: A recent building inspection identified a roof leak causing moisture in the family room ceiling. The leak is located directly under a solar panel array. I am hiring a separate solar electrician to completely remove the panels and racking before you arrive. Once the area is clear, I need you to find the source of the leak, replace any broken concrete tiles, and redo the mortar/repointing in that section to ensure it is 100% watertight. Property Details: Single-storey house with easy access (ladder access is fine). Standard concrete tiles. Timing & Coordination: The property settles on 30 July. I am looking to have this done in the first week of August. You will need to coordinate with the solar electrician (e.g., they remove panels on Monday, you fix the roof on Tuesday).
