It appears that after a recent Aircon installation, a few of my roof tiles might have got misplaced, and it started light leaking on one corner of the house. Need someone to fix. Also, in another room, there is an old wall heater unit. That needs to be removed, and the brick wall needs to be fixed with bricks and mortar.

Patio sheets leek at few places. It need some solution like putting timber to make it slope so water slips over. They are nailed one on top of other and leaking from join. Any other suggestion welcome.

We are living in a ten years old townhouse. We recently find there is shaky, trembly noise from our roof when strong wind passing. There is no leaking on the ceiling but we concern about if something on the roof is broken. Our builder friend come and check the ceiling and he said maybe it’s just the angle of the roof tiles that make the sound and it probably can’t be fixed. We would like to have a roof specialist to double check and quote if there is something need to fix. Reminder:Assess to ceiling is limited as there is no enough room to climb in but you can see some parts of the ceiling through the gate.

I need a ventilation whirligig put on a second story roof and a vent installed on the second floor stairwell: I also need two short handrails installed on a 3 step stairwell that matches the photo. The quote would need materials included. I was thinking of using a 300mm black aluminium roof vent Bunnings part number 0810900 or similar and a 200 mm round jet diffuser ceiling vent Bunnings part number 0811075 or similar. The stairwell is located centrally in the building so I’m guessing the distance from vet to vent would be within 3 m The handrail mentioned is a 70 x 40 rectangular section wooden handrail with beveled edges with a handrail bracket similar to Bunnings part number 0137843 the inclined required length to the handrail would be 500 mm to be installed on both sides of the stairwell
