Need an experienced roofer to inspect and fix a noise coming from my roof. The noise appears to be coming from one or more whirlybirds, especially during windy conditions. Please inspect the roof, identify the source of the noise, and carry out the necessary repair or adjustment to stop it. I’d prefer someone with experience repairing roof ventilation systems and roof fittings.

The front door is missing weather proof sealing both at the top and bottom. It needs perimeter compression seals on the frame, plus an automatic drop seal or threshold seal at the bottom. The job cost includes supplying and installing i.e both material and labour cost. Please see attached pictures for how the door looks now. The door opens inwards into the house. It does not open outwards.

Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet.
