Tiled roof on a single-storey attached villa unit in Mount Waverley. Water stains have appeared on ceiling, including one long streak suggesting water is tracking along the plasterboard before soaking through What I need: Full inspection of the roof over my unit, trace the actual entry point(s). There may be more than one. Minor repair on the spot if it's within scope (e.g. replacing/reseating cracked or displaced tiles, minor flashing reseal). Photos of the entry point BEFORE repair, and the cause of the leak stated on your quote/invoice (e.g. "wind-displace tiles"). I may lodge a strata insurance claim, so accurate written cause + photos matter. I'm not asking for a separate formal report, just the cause documented on your paperwork. If the repair turns out bigger than minor, give me a written quote for the full fix with the cause noted. Once ceiling is dry, I will need to repair humidity and early mould section
