I’m looking for someone to inspect and repair a relatively small water leak through a concrete slab in a warehouse . Photos attached. As per pic, water is appearing through the underside of the concrete slab, around/behind the plywood panel shown in the photos. The plywood may be covering an old service penetration or previous repair, so I expect it will need to be carefully removed first to establish exactly what is behind it and where the water is tracking. There is also a visible joint/crack in the concrete in this area. Depending on what is found, I understand the repair may involve ???? PU/resin injection, chasing and sealing the crack, plugging/reinstating an old penetration, or another appropriate waterproof repair. I would imagine that any crack would need to be drilled or grinded to a depth of about 50mm before sealing with a water plug / aqua plug type material. I would hope to keep it as simple as possible as the amount of water coming through when it rains is miniscule. The top side of the slab is inside a café. The external warehouse roof and wall junction is only about a metre or so away, so this is another possible source of water ingress. I inspected the roof and wall area today and cleaned around the gutter. I couldn't see any obvious defect or entry point, but would appreciate this area being checked as part of the job. This should hopefully be a small job, perhaps a few hours once the source is identified. Access to the underside is relatively high – approx. 5m, so a suitable long ladder/platform will be required. It would be ideal to identify the likely source/path of the water and carry out a proper permanent repair rather than simply sealing over the visible wet point.

Currently looking for a tradesperson who can inspect our gutter and downpipe issues between Sunday 30th August to Saturday 5th September. Tradesperson quotes all materials and labour after the inspection. The gutters at the front of the house have holes in them and also leak a bit at the corner, so I want them replaced 2.5m + 3.5m at front of house The garage gutter has a hole in it which leaks, and tends to overflow when it rains heavily. I want this gutter replaced as well, preferably to a larger size. 6.5m length at back of garage. The garage downpipe is not joined properly, so that needs to be rejoined too.

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

1. Fix the roof tiles that caused this stain. Stain accumulated over the course of 4 years. I crawled in the attic and discovered there are minor drips when its raining. Solution: cement affected tiles? probably minor flashing required 2. Gutter cleaning (annual maintenance) Context. This house is situated on an elevated land. Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.

I need a careful and experienced person to clean the gutters on the south side of my second story. This will also include pulling out the foam gutter guards first (and likely throwing them out). The roof is steep and made of terracotta tiles so you must (1) have the appropriate safety gear (2) be highly experienced on working on tiled roofs (3) if you break any tiles you must replace them (I have spares). I am open to recommendations about replacing the gutter guards but not with the rubbish foam ones on there now. Must be done on a Friday in the next month or so. Note that the photo from the front of the house shows the incline. But this photo is old as all the tiles have been replaced with new ones since this photo was taken.
