Find experienced local roofers in Malvern East

Looking for an experienced roofer to inspect a small single-storey garage roof, approximately 3.5m × 6.1m. The garage currently has an exposed ceiling/roof structure, so the underside of the roof and timber framing is easily visible. I am planning to install insulation and a plasterboard ceiling and would like the roof inspected first to confirm that it is watertight. Please check the roof sheets, fixings, flashings, gutters and any potential water-entry points, particularly around areas where some timber has dark staining. This task is for inspection and diagnosis only. If repairs are required, please provide a separate quote before carrying out the work.

Hi, I have one roof tile that needs to be cut and refitted. It’s a small job—just one tile—and I’m offering $100 for the cut and installation. If you’re available, please let me know when you could come by. I work Monday to Friday, so I’d need the job done before 8am or after 5.30pm. If you prefer Saturday or Sunday, I can be flexible. Thanks, Sonia
