Small outdoor shed, approx 1m wide x 5.5m long, Colorbond corrugated roof. Shed is only 2 months old — built by a casual builder with me as labourer, but the workmanship wasn't up to scratch. Roof started leaking soon after and the plaster ceiling has now collapsed. Looking for someone who knows shed/Colorbond roofing to do it properly Scope of work: Inspect the roof and identify the source of the leak (screws/washers, flashing, sheet overlaps.?) Re-seal OR replace Colorbond sheets/screws as required to make it fully watertight Note: you may find poor workmanship from the original build (e.g. wrong screws, gaps, missing flashings) — please quote on the basis of redoing it properly, not patching I can assist as a labourer if helpful?
