We need the wall studs, noggins and roof beams removed of all nails, plaster remnants, wall packers and old metal flashing. The nails can be removed with a multi tool with metal blade, most of the plaster is loose and the wall packers and metal flashing may require a hammer and chisel to remove - Due date: Before Thursday, 11 May 2023
