A bit of water making it inside of the roof, I suspect an old screw will be at fault. I have a picture of the area, it is the first storey, possibly where the satellite dish is mounted. Depending on the budget we might need the satellite removed as it is not used

Need new single back garage door installed and supplied. Needs to be waterproof maybe fibreglass. Door needs handle fitted also. Door handle to be supplied with lock and keys

Need to complete flashing, capping and rainheads/downpipes with compliance certificate provided. On a separate note, additional plumbing work for bathroom that needs to be done with compliance also if you can do it too.

Need the whole roof colour sprayed.

Hi, The eaves/soffit under a gable has sagged and partially detached. The mortar/pointing along the gable verge also appears cracked and deteriorated. Could you please inspect and advise on: • tiled roof verge repair • rebedding / repointing • eaves/soffit repair or replacement • checking for any water ingress • checking for any damaged timber framing behind the soffit I have photos available and can send them through.

We have just got NBN fibre optics installed They have fixed the box upstairs into a spare room. I need a ethernet cable supplied by me to be run up the wall through the roof space and into the next room over. I will also supply the plaster ethernet bracket for the wall
