Need to get the gutter cleaned on a single storey unit which is 94 square metres in size

We have a downpipe as pictured that gets noisy at night when it’s raining from the drips that hit the bend. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing to come and insert some kind of material that will stop the noise. The downpipe is upstairs outside our bedroom. Pretty easy access but you will need a ladder to get onto the roof.

We have double glazed windows in our bedrooms but I’m noticing a small gap between the window and the plaster. And I feel like there's some wind getting in and also some sound coming through that gap. The gap is quite small, maybe 1mm but when I slide a piece of paper through it goes in quite a long way. Looking for someone to come and seal the gap properly. 3 windows total.

I need someone experienced with exterior home repairs (handyman, roofer, or carpenter) to properly seal a gap in the corner of my roof/eaves area. In the corner under the gutter, the material under the roof edge (looks like plaster/eaves lining) is broken and appears to have been patched before, but it’s not sealed properly. Possums are getting into the roof space through this area. What needs to be done: Inspect the corner of the roofline under the gutter Close and seal the damaged opening so animals cannot enter Use durable, weatherproof materials suitable for exterior use Make sure the repair is secure (not just foam that can be chewed through) Leave the area sealed and watertight Access:Single-storey house. Repair is at roof height — ladder access required. Please bring: Your own ladder and tools Suitable materials (e.g. flashing, timber/fibre cement patch, sealant, etc.) Photos attached showing the location and damage. I’m having an issue with the gutter on my carport. Despite the downpipe being on the left side, during heavy rain, water overflows from the top right corner and spills onto my neighbour’s property. I suspect the gutter may have an incorrect fall (slope) or be damaged. I’m looking for a plumber to inspect and fix this issue. Photo attached, access is easy.

Roof sensor not working, need someone to diagnose and reconnect

Remove old tile and then waterproof plus retile shower base and divider. Tiles to be provided.

I am interested in getting a quote to have my ceiling insulation removed and new insulation installed. The area is ~90sqm and the roof is tiled. I am interested in having R7 Earthwool batts installed and am able to order these. Also I am interested in a separate quote for insulation under the house - there is no insulation here and access via a trap door with plenty of clearance. I am also happy to supply the materials for this (I was thinking of the Earthwool R2.5 soundproof wall batts as they are apparently suitable for underfloors but I am also open to getting polyester roll).

the fan in the utility room has stopped working and there seems to be a lot of dust coming from the patch in the roof I’ve attached a photo. I think there must be some leak in that area, and that would be the reason the fan keeps breaking as there is probably water getting into it.

Looking for someone to install some steel ceiling battens into the roof beams (so I can plaster it later) and then insert insulation between the beams. Installer to supply the steel battens. I have the insulation already. The garage is 6mx3.3m. The wooden beams are 1m apart hence the steel battens needed.

We can hear movement in our wall and the roof and need someone to come and have a look and remove it. We have not seen any dropping or signs of any animals but we can hear sounds. We think it’s one possum potentially

I need a gutter to be installed, either to the awning itself or to the area just beneath it. It then needs to drain the water from the awning into the drains on either side or through the middle into the drain in the floor. I need a plumber
