I have a 1 meter by 4 meter balcony that has suffered from leaking and water ingress into the apartment. I am having an awning applied but need to get the floor part waterproofed. You need to clean the area and then supply and apply the waterproofing membrane.

One of our gutters is leaking – we're not sure if it's blocked at the top, or if there's a leak in the drainpipe that needs silicone. It's too high (one and a half stories) for me to look at myself. We'd also want the downpipe to be tested after (ie by pouring water down it) to make sure it's running ok. (The backstory is we just had the stormwater pipe fixed – and the plumber found that the underground pipe connecting to the downpipe was blocked with plastic bags(!). The underground pipe has now been repaired and cleared, but I'm wondering if our downpipe was blocked at the the top with plastic bags – or something else – as well, hence the problem we're having.) We also have another downpipe that is working ok, but we'd like that gutter cleaned just to be safe. I’d like a quote – how much are we looking at? Need someone to get onto roof of small business and secure all gaps around each of the 3 small skylights using the insulation , expandable foam. Heat is escaping out of rooms due to these gaps and need them filled. Can supply the cans of foam once right person is found. Will need own ladder to get into roof.
