We have box gutters at our 2 story house in oakleigh and have sustained damage previously with large amounts of rainfall and blocked gutters. Ideally we could get someone to come out and jump in the roof every 2/3 months to check and keep them clean to avoid any further damage. Hi, I need to replace two existing metal downpipes(100x50mm) in the backyard. straight forward jobs. The current downpipes offset part is rotted. May need to replace the whole downpipes. The solar controller is permanently stuck on 39 degrees and therefore does not pump water into the pool regularly. The system itself works fine. I think it may be a faulty sensor?
