Single story, three bedroom house in Murrumbeena requires gutters cleaned.

We have a couple of sections of wood on our roof which are at the front of our house which need to be painted. There are currently safety barriers installed on our roof as we have just had our tiles cleaned. Before the rails are removed, we would like to have these wood sections painted (in either an appropriate wood varnish or paint). The wood hasn’t been painted since the house was built about 15 years ago. You can see the areas in the photos attached - both are easily accessible from the street. The photos were taken following rain so the wood appears darker than it is. An indication of the usual colour can be seen in the dry strip on the left.

Water is pooling in the gutter over kitchen causing water to leak through the ceiling. A down pipe from the portion of gutter where the water pools needs to be installed. Preferably through the timber and down to the ground near the air conditioning unit. It could be connected to easily accessible pipes under the house. There could be asbestos eaves so am happy to go through the timber to avoid disturbing the eaves.

Hi We have recently renovated an old house and the builder installed insulation bats in the sub floor. To secure these bats the builder put some straps but it isn’t really enough. Am looking for someone who can fix this properly - either with a protective plastic or alternatively something else like wire mesh. Will pay an hourly rate at $50 per hour and this listing is for a minimum of 5 hours I will also be there to help out and pass things etc As it’s under the house it’s not easy work so you must have prior experience, tools, etc. the pictures I have posted are before the house was finished but it gives u a sense of the space. Pls not house is now fully built and the bats have already been better secured than what is in the old photos. Thanks.
