Clean Gutters single story dwelling

Require Gutters to be cleaned on 2 units side by side. Refer to the photo attached marked in Red where the gutters are. Currently in good condition and are possibly quite empty. Trees next to the gutters have leaves which fall at this time of the year. This isn't a big job, however a job which has to be done.

There are some cracked/broken tiles on the roof -- maybe a dozen or so. We need someone to fix/replace these. It's not a big house: an attached villa. Maybe 100 sq meters.

I need supply and installation of gutter guard. The running length is approximately 74 meters. I need a durable mesh that will last a reasonable amount of time.

I accidentally stood on them when I was clearing the roof from leafs. I have bent the metal roof sheets and put a lump of silicon at the end to make it easier for the water to drip/run down the box gutter but I am still experience leakage. We're starting to see some suggestion of a small water leak (on our dining room ceiling) from a hole in the roof. From inside the roof void, it seems 1 or 2 tiles have moves (maybe by a possum) that's letting some rain in.
