When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.

I recently had my gutters cleaned and did a quick roof check at the same time. I found that one of the roof tiles (ridge/hip area) is cracked and partially broken. At the moment, I’ve temporarily placed the broken pieces back just to cover the gap, but it’s not a proper fix. I’m looking for someone to repair or replace this damaged tile. I’ve installed a quarter of them from the ladder on the ground. I’m not confident to get on the roof myself. But it’s pretty easy. Just 4 clout nails per tile. I’m thinking if one guy can come help me and be up on the roof myself I’ll be down in the ground to pass the shingles up and cut them when required etc. I think 2 blokes could knock it out pretty quick. I have all materials and an extendable ladder

There are some water stains (may be rodent stains?) on the ceiling in a few rooms. I need someone to check the external roof and also, the roof cavity to see what is going on. Repair if leak is found.
