Single storey tiled pitched roof 20 solar panels north and west facing plus gutters.

I need someone to do gutter cleaning for my house. It’s a two storey house located in Macleod.

Remove redundant flues + make roof watertight Remove two (2) redundant flues/vents that currently penetrate the roof. Make good the roof sheeting where the penetrations are removed by installing a matching corrugated metal roof sheet patch to suit the existing low-pitch corrugated roof. Seal all fixings and laps and ensure the roof is left fully weatherproof/watertight. 2) Clean gutters and clear debris under gutter guard Clean out gutters, specifically the area between the folded/perforated mesh gutter guard and the ends of the corrugated roof sheets where debris collects. Where required, partially remove the gutter guard to allow the gutter to be fully cleared and flushed, including removal of dirt/leaves/branches. Reinstate existing gutter guard

I have a gutter downpipe that I would like connected to the nearest stormwater drain, which is about 2 metres away. This would likely require excavation and installing an underground pipe to connect the downpipe to the stormwater system. The stormwater channel is running under the walking pathway which around 10 to 20 cm deep. Your help and guidance is appreciated.
