Hi, I have an ongoing pigeon issue on my roof. The roof has recently been professionally cleaned, and I’m now looking to install bird spikes in the areas marked with the green lines in the photos. To clarify, I only want spikes installed vertically along one side of the solar panel sections where the pigeons are landing — not around the entire solar panel perimeter. Alternatively, if you believe bird netting would be a better long-term solution, please provide a quote for that option as well. Please review the attached photos for reference. This is a double storey house with colourbond roof. The section to fix is on top of the garage. I need someone to clean the section of plants growing in the gutter and fix the area so the water is not stagnant. The plants growing in the gutter are a result of water being stagnant, seeds, leaves and mud bought in by pigeons , the gutter should be fixed to allow water to flow into the gutter pipe freely to avoid future build up.

I need installing a pendant light in ceilings, single storey house, tin roof and wiring is required. At the moment, there is a single switch that controls the light in that room, another switch is required for pendant.

I've had birds get inside and under my roof. I need their nests removed, gutters cleaned and gutter guards to be installed so they can no longer get inside again. Gutter guard mesh has been purchased from bunnings and can be provided for the job to be completed. The house is 24sqm but two-story so you need to provide your own ladder. Happy to pay $150 for this job and another house to be done which is single story for an additional $150

Double storey house- gutter cleaning

There seem to be a leak most probably due to some broken roof tiles and due to that the alfresco ceiling has some mould on it. The builder came in and replaced some roof tiles but since there are some solar panels exactly on top of where the leak (probably is) they couldn't check and replace any under. Need someone who can inspect the roof tiles under the solar panel and fix the leak.
