Need to Clean gutters of my house

I’ve installed a quarter of them from the ladder on the ground. I’m not confident to get on the roof myself. But it’s pretty easy. Just 4 clout nails per tile. I’m thinking if one guy can come help me and be up on the roof myself I’ll be down in the ground to pass the shingles up and cut them when required etc. I think 2 blokes could knock it out pretty quick. I have all materials and an extendable ladder

Gutters have got fixed gutter guards (aluminium mesh). I need someone just clean the roof and top of the gutter guards all around the house and take the debris. It is a single story 3 bedroom house with a carport.

Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

I have a large gum tree approximately 12m high in my backyard that requires selective pruning for safety. Site details: * Backyard access is via side gate only, no vehicle access but house is on a corner and green waste could be passed over the fence for closer access. * Ground surface is a mix of soil and paved area under the tree * Clear space around the base of the tree Looking for a clean, safe prune that maintains tree health while improving safety around the house. Roof leak repair need urgently

Need to clean gutter today or max tomorrow, full of mud. Only one side of the house. 18 meters long. One side is 2 meter high the other side 6meters height. Need to clean and put hose to make sure it's clean.

The high Eaves under roof tiles needs to be fixed, one is around 7 meter and one is around 2 meter.
