I am looking for a licensed electrician to update the lighting in my living room. Currently, I have 2 different standard light fixtures/spots in the ceiling of my living room. I want to remove them and replace them with multiple LED downlights. Instead of just putting one LED light in each existing spot, I want to expand the layout so that each zone has 3 or 4 LED downlights clustered or lined up properly to spread the light evenly across the room (making a total of 6 to 8 downlights altogether). Scope of Work: Safely disconnect and remove the 2 existing living room light fixtures. Cut new holes in the plaster ceiling and run the necessary wiring to support 3 to 4 LED downlights per spot/zone (6 to 8 lights total). Supply and install the LED downlights (or specify if I need to buy them beforehand). I would prefer dimmable, warm-white or tri-colour LEDs. Ensure all new lights operate seamlessly off the existing living room light switches. Test everything to ensure compliance and safety. Requirements: Must be a Licensed Electrician (please provide your license number when bidding). Must bring your own professional tools, ladders, and safety equipment. Must provide CCEW and invoice upon completion.

Elbow of downspout is rotten needs replacing.

Single storey house at front, double storey at rear where the main problem is. Access from front of the house as rear has no clear safe access point. Rectangular house, two long straight pieces of guttering- 15m each. Photo is of the main problem area where water is now backing up into the house. The front gutters aren't too bad, the back are similar to the photo with lots of debris.

Repointing a corner of tile that has slipped down. The other points are in place but the grout may need a touch up.

I’ve installed a quarter of them from the ladder on the ground. I’m not confident to get on the roof myself. But it’s pretty easy. Just 4 clout nails per tile. I’m thinking if one guy can come help me and be up on the roof myself I’ll be down in the ground to pass the shingles up and cut them when required etc. I think 2 blokes could knock it out pretty quick. I have all materials and an extendable ladder

Gutters have got fixed gutter guards (aluminium mesh). I need someone just clean the roof and top of the gutter guards all around the house and take the debris. It is a single story 3 bedroom house with a carport.

Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

I have a large gum tree approximately 12m high in my backyard that requires selective pruning for safety. Scope of work: * Prune branches overhanging my House Roof and Decking Roof. * This is a prune only (NOT tree removal and NOT heavy lopping). * Targeted pruning to make the tree safe and reduce risk of branches falling onto roof areas. * 5 x Branches to be pruned. Requirements: * Experience pruning gum trees near structures. * Own equipment and safe work practices. * Care to prevent any damage to roof, decking, and surrounding property. * Full removal and disposal of all green waste (no offcuts to remain onsite). Site details: * Backyard access is via side gate only, no vehicle access but house is on a corner and green waste could be passed over the fence for closer access. * Ground surface is a mix of soil and paved area under the tree * Clear space around the base of the tree Looking for a clean, safe prune that maintains tree health while improving safety around the house. Two edge of roof need to rebed and repoint. Please note i can't do all roof repairs. Just need an urgent section
