Job 2 – Fix Sticking Internal Doors * Three internal doors are difficult to open/close and are rubbing against the frame. * Require adjustment (hinges, planing or realignment as needed) so they operate smoothly. Job 3 – Replace Chipped Roof Tile * Replace one chipped concrete roof tile near the gutter. * Tile is accessible from the roof. * Ensure roof is left weatherproof. Requirements * Must have own tools and equipment. * Please bring any required plumbing fittings and roof tile if possible (or advise if you need me to source them). * Clean up after completion. * Please quote including labour and any standard materials (major replacement parts can be discussed if required). Both front and back rain water heads already have a overflow provision but it’s a small round hole, need it to be a little wider. I have added a sample picture of the type of mesh I am after.
